Federal regulations require that the I-9 be completed within three days of the start of employment. Failure to complete the paperwork will delay your paycheck!!!.

If you are not currently on the department payroll, ALL new TAs (even if you are not an international student) MUST fill out and submit the form as soon as possible. You cannot get paid until you do so, and your pay will be prorated if you submit the paperwork late. So do it now!!

    Update for all TA Applicants
To see the number of TAs currently assigned to each class, go to the course listing and click on the course number.

Please note some caveats - some TAs are double unit, which is not shown in the assignment page. Allocation is based on enrollment. Each class will receive about 1 TA per each 20 students (there are some exceptions to this rule). Some classes, e.g., 3101, needs more students before it gets a TA assigned. Finally, for some classes we have TAs lined up but they haven't been assigned yet. This is most often the case because we are waiting for the instructor to enter their preferences, or waiting to find out availability of certain TAs / whether they are needed for another class, before assigning them.

Classes that lack in qualified TA applicants will be advertised on this page.
